Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’ll help.
1) Eligibility Window
- You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
2) Non-Returnable Items
- Gift cards and downloadable/virtual products
- Final-sale or “Clearance” items (if labeled as such at checkout)
- Items returned with excessive wear, damage, odors, or missing parts not due to our error
3) Exchanges
Need a different color or replacement for a defective item? Choose Exchange when you contact us. We’ll ship the replacement once your return is approved (or immediately for defects confirmed by photos).
4) Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item
Please email Support@dailyyogagoods.com within 7 days of delivery with:
- Order number
- Photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label
We’ll arrange a quick replacement or refund.
5) How to Start a Return
- Email Support@dailyyogagoods.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll reply with a Return Authorization (RA) and instructions.
- Pack your item securely and include your RA inside the box.
- Ship to the return address provided in the RA.
Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused.
6) Return Shipping Costs
- Change of mind / Not a fit: You cover return shipping.
- Our mistake (defect, damage, wrong item): We cover return shipping or provide a prepaid label.
7) Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the return, we’ll notify you of approval or denial.
- Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–10 business days (processing times vary by bank).
- Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
8) Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after our confirmation:
- Check with your bank/credit card.
- Contact your payment provider—it may take time before a refund posts.

9) International Orders
- Duties, taxes, and import fees are non-refundable.
- For exchanges or returns not due to our error, international return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
10) Bundles & Gifts
- Bundles: All items in a bundle must be returned together, unless defective.
- Gifts: If marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you can receive store credit for the value of your return once received.
11) Warranty
We stand behind our products. If you experience a manufacturer defect within 12 months, contact Support@dailyyogagoods.com with photos and your order number for a repair, replacement, or equivalent remedy.
