1) Shipping Fees

  • Free worldwide shipping on all orders. No minimum.

2) Order Processing

Processing time: 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).

Orders placed after 12:00 (local time) process next business day.

3) Delivery Times (Estimates)

  • USA & Canada: 5–10 business days
  • Europe & UK: 5–10 business days
  • MENA / Africa: 7–15 business days
  • Asia–Pacific & Oceania: 7–15 business days

Delivery windows are estimates; peak seasons, weather, and customs may add time.

4) Tracking

  • A tracking number is emailed once your order ships.
  • Some destinations may show limited scans until arrival.

5) Customs, Duties & Taxes

Shipping is free, but customs/VAT/import fees (if any) are the buyer’s responsibility per local regulations.

6) Address Changes & Undeliverable Packages

Contact us before dispatch to edit your address.

Packages returned due to incorrect/incomplete address can be reshipped once corrected.

7) Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If tracking shows no movement for 10+ business days beyond the estimate, email us and we’ll help investigate.

For damaged deliveries, contact us within 7 days with photos of the item, packaging, and label.

8) Split Shipments

Items may ship separately to speed delivery; you’ll receive tracking for each parcel.

9) Pre-Orders & Backorders

We’ll display expected ship dates at checkout and via email updates.
